MGS2 Difficulty Randomiser
A jank external tool that switches difficulty level randomly throughout a run.

Information
Area Change mode (default)
- Only changes the difficulty when moving to a new area.
- Seeds are available. Seed 0 is random and will be re-rolled when going back to the title screen.
- A given Area/Progress combo will always give the same difficulty, even on seed 0.
Unpredictable mode
- Deselect "Only swap on area change" to enable.
- Changes difficulty once every second.
- There is no seeding, and areas will always have a random difficulty.
- Taking a continue will change the area's difficulty.
- In certain situations, there will be moment-to-moment changes - particularly many bosses will become more or less aggressive.
Other info
- Life and Max Life are converted to match the new difficulty level when changing area.
- "No Euro Extreme choke" will set the difficulty to Extreme for that area if European Extreme is rolled.
